Electoral Area F Official Community Plan Review – Fall 2025 Update

The third round of community engagement for an initial draft of the Official Community Plan was held in the fall of 2023, though the project has not proceeded any further to avoid conflicts with the boundary study for Electoral Area F. In July 2025, the RDN Board passed a motion requesting approval and funding of an Incorporation Study to the Minister of Housing and Municipal Affairs. Due to the request for the incorporation study for portions of Electoral Area F, the RDN Board has since approved a resolution that the Electoral Area F Official Community Plan review to be held in abeyance or suspended. Following the completion of an incorporation study, the Electoral Area F Official Community Plan review will continue.
