Electric Vehicle Charging Station Service Establishment Bylaw adopted

There were 76 valid Elector Response Forms received by the February 15th submission deadline. As this is lower than the 1,994 forms that were required for elector rejection of the Bylaw under the Alternative Approval Process, elector approval has been obtained and the Bylaw is eligible for adoption by the Board.

The RDN Board formally adopted "Electric Vehicle Charging Station Service Establishment Bylaw No. 1796, 2020" at the February 23rd, 2021 Board meeting.
