Construction Alert - Work at Morningstar Creek

Starting August 15, 2025, the RDN will be replacing the existing bridge across Morningstar Creek with a new open-bottom arch culvert as part of the French Creek Pollution Control Centre expansion project. Below is a summary of important information.

Project Location: Morningstar Creek on the FCPCC property at 957 Lee Road

Start Date: August 15, 2025

Duration: Four weeks, 24 hours per day, seven days a week

You May Notice: Equipment noise. Excavators, compaction equipment and light towers will be used for the work. Hauling of materials offsite will only occur between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
