Is Little Qualicum Hall used by the RDN as a reception centre in emergencies?

No, currently Little Qualicum Hall is not a Reception Centre for the RDN in emergencies. If Little Qualicum Hall is being used as an emergency preparedness centre/resource by the Dashwood community, the coordination is being facilitated by a neighbourhood group.

When can I access the Get Involved site to take the online survey?

The online survey is active on the RDN's Get Involved site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until it closes on May 13, 2018.

Can we complete a paper copy of the survey?

No. The survey for the Little Qualicum Hall is available online only. The RDN has moved to an online platform, Get Involved, for surveys and public engagement tools. If you experience any difficulties taking the survey, please contact Renée Lussier, Parks Planner at rlussier@rdn.bc.ca or at 250-248-4744 ext 3669.

Why can't we choose a third option for upgrades at Little Qualicum Hall?

Please refer to the Background Document - Building Condition Assessment Report page 18 for options. We are seeking your input on viable options, #1 and #2. Option #3 is not recommended by the Engineer.
