Mount Benson Regional Park Management Plan Update

The Regional District of Nanaimo is updating its Mount Benson Regional Park Management Plan to guide the future of this important regional park over the next ten years.

The updated Plan will review and build on goals and policies outlined in the 2010-2020 Plan, address emerging issues, investigate recreational and conservation opportunities and provide direction for two recently acquired parcels of land added to the east end of the park.

The engagement process invites input and ideas from interest holders and the community to build an understanding about the Park’s natural, cultural and recreational values and collect ideas for the park’s future.
