1211 and 1221 Meadowood Way, Electoral Area F

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) has received a zoning amendment application for a property at 1211 and 1221 Meadowood Way in Electoral Area F. The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from (C-1) Commercial 1 to a new zone MU-2 (Mixed Use Meadowood Village Centre 2) to add an artisan studio, recreational vehicle park, mini storage and recreation facility, and remove care services and a gasoline service station as permitted uses under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Electoral Area 'F' Zoning and Subdivision Bylaw 1285, 2002".

    Thank you for your question. This is an application to change the current zoning to a new mixed used zone that would permit a variety of commercial uses and there is no specific proposal to construct anything currently. If you have additional questions about future plans for construction, we recommend you contact the applicant via the contact information included on the notification signs posted on the subject property.
