The RDN is currently looking for your input on zoning amendment application PL2019-081.

2660 Holden Corso Road

The RDN has received a temporary use permit application for a portion of the property legally described as Lot 2, Section 16, Range 3, Cedar District, Plan 6194. The subject property is currently zoned Agriculture 1 (AG1) (see Document Library), which allows farm use, residential use and accessory uses.

The purpose of the permit is to allow a dog day care (day boarding) business on the subject property for a period of three (3) years. The property is located in the Agricultural Land Reserve, though Section 23 of the Agricultural Land Reserve Use Regulation permits pet breeding and boarding.
