Update - Post Feb 5, 2026 EASC Meeting

The RDN Electoral Area Services Committee considered this application on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 1:00pm. Following discussion the committee moved and seconded the motion to refer Liquor Licence Amendment Application No. PL2025-119 back to staff for additional conversations with the proponent about how to address community concerns.

The updated proposal includes allowing upto 80 patrons across both lower and upper new proposed patio, including seating for 33 patrons on the upper patio, while maintaining a total combined indoor and outdoor capacity of 150 patrons at a time.

Staff are currently preparing a report evaluating the updated proposal, which will to be considered at the upcoming EASC meeting.
