RDN Board Consideration - April 28, 2026

The RDN Electoral Area Services Committee considered this application on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 1:00pm. The EASC passed the following motion;

It was moved and seconded that the Board endorse the resolution pertaining to Liquor Licence Amendment Application No. PL2025-119 attached to "Liquor Licence Amendment Application No. PL2025-119, 2036 & 2038 Rocking Horse Place, Electoral Area E - Updated" report dated April 9, 2026, as Attachment 4.

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

The recommendation from the staff report will be considered at the upcoming RDN Board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM. The resolution considered by the RDN Board will be communicated to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Board (LCRB).
