RDN Board's Resolution

The Board of the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN), at its regular meeting held on April 28, 2026 at 1:00 PM passed the following motion concerning the above noted application:

It was moved and seconded that the Board endorse the resolution pertaining to Liquor Licence Amendment Application No. PL2025-119 attached to "Liquor Licence Amendment Application No. PL2025-119, 2036 & 2038 Rocking Horse Place, Electoral Area E - Updated" report dated April 9,2026, as Attachment 4.
