December 12, 2023 RDN Board Meeting

At the regular meeting of the RDN Board on December 12 the following resolutions were made:

1. That an additional $1,375,000 from Electoral Area A Community Works Funds be allocated to the South Wellington School Remediation Project for a total project budget of $2,828,225.

2. That only public tenders be issued for procurements valued over $200,000 in compliance with applicable Trade Agreements.

3. That the Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Officer be authorized to execute all project contracts over $500,000 for the South Wellington School Remediation Project.

4. That the RDN complete the required tender documents for the South Wellington Remediation Project and tender the project.
