The RDN has received a zoning amendment application for a property at Lot 2, Allsbrook Road in Electoral Area F. The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from MHP-1 (Manufactured Home Park 1) to R-2 (Rural Residential 2) to facilitate a proposed five-lot residential subdivision under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Electoral Area 'F' Zoning and Subdivision Bylaw 1285, 2002".

    A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Bradley Centre at 975 Shearme Road, Coombs. All persons who consider their interest in their property to be affected by the proposed bylaws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard in person or by written submission at the public hearing.
