Boultbee Drive Community Park is a 1-acre park in the Sandpiper neighbourhood of Electoral Area G. The existing playground and sport court in the park are dated and in need of repair, removal or replacement. In anticipation of park updates and changes, the RDN is seeking input from area residents.

Concept Planning

Spring 2021. Based on input received, a design brief and concept plan are prepared and posted here for feedback.
Project Funding
this is an upcoming stage for Boultbee Drive Community Park
Fall 2021. The concept plan may be revised based on input from the community and the Area G Parks and Open Spaces Advisory Committee. An order-of-magnitude cost estimate will be prepared. Funds to further park design and construct the project will be reviewed.
Next Steps
this is an upcoming stage for Boultbee Drive Community Park
2022. Once the concept plan and project funding is approved by the RDN Board, then the park design can be finalized and move towards construction.
