Boultbee Community Park will be getting a new playground this fall. Please help decide what it will look like by voting on your preferred playground design. You will be able to vote for up to three playground designs. The design with the most votes will be built. This survey will remain open until August 9, 2024.

An online questionnaire gathered input from residents on potential future improvements at Boultbee Drive Community Park. The results were compiled and summarized and the Engagement Summary is available in the Documents section of this page.

Based on the engagement results, RDN Parks Staff prepared a concept design for the park which is available in the Documents section of this page.
Phase 1 - Detail Design and Construction
Boultbee Drive Community Park has finished this stage
Based on the concept design, RDN Parks Staff prepared construction drawings for an asphalt path, sport court surfacing, new park furniture, and plantings in the park. Construction was completed in 2022.
Phase 2 - Detailed Design and Construction
Boultbee Drive Community Park has finished this stage
RDN Parks staff will issue a Request for Proposals for the design and construction of a new playground.
Phase 2 - Playground Design Selection
Boultbee Drive Community Park has finished this stage
A community survey to select the preferred playground design will be open from July 19, 2024 to August 9, 2024. The playground with the most votes will be built.
Phase 2 - Playground Construction
Boultbee Drive Community Park has finished this stage
Installation of a new playground is expected to begin in fall 2024.
