Share your thoughts on the future plans for Lions Community Park

Lions Community Park is a 14 acre park located near Qualicum Bay in Electoral Area H. The park contains the Lions Hall and is connected to the Lighthouse Country Regional Trail.

The existing playground, baseball diamonds and concession stand building are all dated and in need of substantial repairs or removal. This presents an opportunity to re-imagine what the park might look like in the future and what amenities it could contain.

In anticipation of future park updates and changes, the RDN is seeking input from area residents.

How to get involved, stay up-to date and provide feedback:

    Draft Master Plan and Playground Design Survey

    A new playground is a top priority! We are now in the planning and design stage to replace the playground with the goal of construction starting in Fall 2022. 

    Help us choose the types of play equipment to include in the new playground for Lions Community Park. Note that the pictures shown in this survey are provided as examples only. 

    Please share your thoughts on the Draft Master Plan as well.
