The RDN has received a zoning amendment application for Lot D Horne Lake Rd, PID: 030 474 906 in Electoral Area H. The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Rural Residential 1 (RR1) to subzone Rural Residential 1.5 (RR1.5) to permit the development of a residential dwelling and office with accessory mini-storage, boat and recreational vehicle storage facility with a repair service shop.
