Construction Notice: River's Edge Water Quality Improvement Project

Construction Notice:

Date: Sept. 28, 2026 to April 2027

Time: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Location: River’s Edge Drive and Kaye Road

Construction work to connect newly drilled wells PW06, PW07 and PW09 to the River's Edge water system will begin on September 28, 2026. Work will occur at the new well sites and along portions of Kaye Road and River's Edge Drive (refer to the location map on the following page).

Here’s what you need to know:

• Temporary traffic disruptions may occur during construction. However, at least one lane of traffic is expected to remain open at all times.
• Park trails are expected to remain open. Trail users are encouraged to use caution and follow all posted signage when walking near active work areas.
• Low levels of noise from construction equipment and activities can be expected.

For the safety of the public and construction crews, please remain alert when travelling through the area and follow all traffic control personnel, signs, and barriers.
