The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Residential 2.1 Zone (RS2.1), Subdivision District F to Residential 2.2 Zone (RS2.2), Subdivision District 'Z' to allow the conversion of the existing building strata development to a bare land strata under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Zoning Bylaw No. 2500, 2024". No additional development or density are proposed as part of this zoning amendment application and only the form of tenure would change.
