Provincial Survey - The Provincial Survey is mandatory for all residents participating in the program. Scroll down to find the survey. Please fill out this survey before submitting your rebate application to the RDN.
Clean Burning Pledge - This is for RDN Electoral Area residents installing a new heat pump and keeping their old (certified) wood stoves for backup heading in emergencies. Conditions apply.

The following rebates are available to eligible residents that switch to a cleaner heating appliance:
New Device Type | Electoral Areas and Member Municipalities | First Nation Communities |
Electric Heat Pump Must meet the criteria for CleanBC’s Home Renovation Rebate and Efficiency BC Program | $1,500 | $3,000 |
Pellet Stove EPA or CSA B415.1 Compliant Pellet Stove | $1,000 | $2,000 |
Certified Wood-Burning Stove EPA or CSA B415.1 Compliant Wood Stove | $600 | $1,200 |
Electric Insert Replacing existing non-EPA certified or an older certified wood-burning stove (pre-2015) wood stove | $400 | $400 |
*Rebates are limited and will be disbursed on a first-come, first-served basis.
