    This report provides a comprehensive summary of key trends, mapping, system analysis, as well as population and demographic data.

    The detailed findings from both research and engagement will serve as the foundation for the development of the Master Plan.

    Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey, open house, stakeholder discussions and workshop. The feedback will be compiled, summarized, and presented in a "What We Heard" report and posted on this project page in the coming weeks.

    The detailed findings from the research and engagement will be presented to the Master Plan Advisory Committee in November and will be the foundation for the development of the master plan.

    The next public engagement session will be in April 2024 where the community can review the draft master plan.

    Electoral Area B residents are invited to provide their input on the Recreation (Gabriola) and Parks Master Plan through an online survey.

    The survey will be open until the end of day on September 29, 2023.

    There are 3 ways to complete the survey:

    Gabriola Island residents will have received the postcard with a unique access code in the August 2 edition of the Gabriola Sounder. Mudge and DeCourcy residents will have received a letter via mail in early August.
