Here are some ways to stay active and connected:

  • Visit a RDN Park or Trail and take part in the Golden Shoe Hunt,
  • Download the free Fitness Walking Handbook and start a new routine,
  • Register for a recreation program. Online and outdoor fitness classes, after school programs, swim and skate programs and more. Check back often as we will add programs as they become available.
